I received this today in my box of subscribe and save products. This was the only item that was not individually wrapped. As a result, the pump was broken off, which is why I took off one star. Because the current bottle that I have is smaller, I cannot just switch pumps, I have to pour the product into the smaller bottle. I’ve been using this for awhile now, and I really love it. I even wash my hair with it. It is very gentle, but cleans thoroughly. I certainly hope that in the future you take better care to pack it properly.

I have very dry, sensitive skin and get breakouts super easy. I switched to this face wash about 8 months ago and it was the best decision! It’s very gentle on my skin, keeps my breakouts under control and doesn’t dry my skin out. The only thing is mine came with no pump, it looks like it was broken off but there isn’t a piece in the box.

Product is excellent. The container has one of those squirt tops that you are supposed to twist to open. Doesn’t work. So…..you have to open the top and POUR the contents out. POOR CONTAINER.

This is a great, I mean really great skin care product. I had been having problems with my hands and made a trip to the dermatologist. She wrote a prescription for me and also gave me several samples, one of which was Cetaphil. I use it on a daily basis. My hands are incredibly smooth. I keep a bottle on the bathroom sink and another by the kitchen sink. Highly recommend.

I Loved how this made my skin feel, it was so soft and didn’t get oily. But by the second time I used it, my face burned and I ended up with this rash all over it. It claims to be hypoallergenic. I’m not sure what I reacted to but I’m disappointed that I can’t continue to use it.

I hadn’t used Cetaphil in years, but my combination skin started getting drier than ever, I hated using the corticosteroid cream I was prescribed, and I always looked somewhat washed out. After using this cleanser in the morning & before sleep daily for about a month, along with the Cetaphil oil free hydrating lotion afterwards, my skin hasn’t looked this good and vibrant in ages. In combination with the lotion, I don’t break out after shaving, either. Excellent and reasonably priced sensitive skin product(s).
