Serums usually have a plastic wrapping around the top to ensure it hasn’t been opened. This didn’t come with that. Just about every package I’ve ever gotten, shows signs of being opened or peeked into. This package was no different, so the product not having a seal is concerning.

The pic is deceiving, it looks like you get 2. But, it is the box with the product outside the box. As far as the product itself, too soon to tell. I’ll update in a month 11/2023.

The jar is very attractive, lotion is a lovely pearl color before you rub it in, and it doesn’t leave my face feeling oily or anything. However, I didn’t read the warning before I bought it. I don’t like that there’s a high sunburn risk and you’re supposed to wear sunblock or stay inside. I think that sunlight is an important part of our health and probably wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known.

I love that this serum combines all the anti-aging ingredients into one albeit small bottle. I don’t need to go buy 5 separate products. I have sensitive skin that reacts pretty quickly to irritants and this serum is fine for me to use daily, sometimes twice a day morning and night. It is affordable considering all the active ingredients you get in one product, you can easily spend upwards to $100 if you were to go out and buy these products separately. The fragrance is very mild and pleasant, no oily residue on the face, and lies very well underneath primer or makeup.
I saw a few reviews mention people not knowing about the skin sensitivity or sunburn warning on this serum, but that is to be expected with any skincare product that contains AHA (alpha hydroxy acid). This product clearly states all the active ingredients contained inside. When all of these actives are combined into one bottle, any skin sensitivity or irritation will be magnified. If you have sensitive skin, you should not be using this product everyday to start out. Start using it once a week and then build up to more days as your skin becomes used to the product. As for the sunburn warning, you should already apply sunscreen everyday no matter what the weather is or if you “see” the sun.

It’s possible I got a defective bottle, but the smell of this stuff is a deal breaker. It might work fine, though I can’t say I notice anything concrete that’s different or improved in my skin’s appearance after using it for over a month. There is a lot in the bottle and the dropper makes it easy to control how much comes out. I use a drop in the morning mixed in with moisturizer because it’s the only way I can stand the smell. It smells greasy or gamey…I don’t really know how else to describe it but it’s not pleasant.
